About The Event
This one week retreat is to improve your connection to dance and music by finding your dance feet, singing voice and harmonise with Sattvic musical instruments. Improvised modern dance using yoga movements will be explored as will traditional Indian spiritual and religious dance routines and practices and even some Bollywood routines. Joy and non-judgement to explore your body and have some fun with just a few other beautiful souls. The main emphasis will be overcoming your own inhibitions and finding a spiritual attunement to your body through meditative and reflective yogic dance to spiritual Sattvic music in harmony with nature.
You can if you wish bring your own specific musical instrument you wish to divinely connect to - we have guitar, tabla, didgeridoo here. We won't specifically give instruction to play your instrument, though some basic instruction may be given, this retreat is more for those who have some knowledge…
