Come and help muck in with cleaning the house and beautifying the grounds and gardens here on the 100 hectare private valley. Yoga, prayer and meditation every day. No cost but donation appreciated and food contribution.

3 day retreat to help out, clean, do building maintenance work, gardening and learn about the bush and living here and reconnect to nature, with vegetarian meals, rawfoods, juices and plenty of Christ Ascension yoga and meditation.
